I just came across this community and that is just crazy. How is the lot premium not included in the home? I can understand those big lots, but for those tiny lots where your home is almost touching the one next to you? That is just crazy. And to think people pay 2-3+ million for this...

I don’t think the small houses are 2-3M. That’s the cost of the large houses. Also, the PP asked what the lot prices were for the Windmill, not the small houses…I would hope that these small houses have premiums of 10-20k, but not sure.

I was talking about the windmills. For a .5-.6 acre lot fine, 50k lot premium. But those .3 acre lots? No those do not need lot premiums they are so tiny. 3 million for north potomac is insanity for this size of home, I can understand 2.3-2.4, even that is overpaying, to be honest. But at least they are giving good discounts which will hopefully double (right now 100k, hope they will give 200k+ for me to reconsider).

in the new lots... the "available" boards are up. all on Potomac Hunt Rd. but the newer side..
