Strong rebound from COVID
Consequential infrastructure, manufacturing and "green' legislation passed

I have nothing against the black kid getting into a prestigious school as long as their test scores aren't weighted differently for race. If you have to weight and play games to boost the score of someone to displace a better student, then we have problems.

BTW, we have shortages of insulin and other medications right now. That's what edicts from Uncle Sam in his ivory towers causes - market dislocations followed by shortages of goods and services. Compare how long it takes to get an appointment with the specialist in the medical field today versus several years ago.

DP and I sure don't - a lot of the companies that got those funds didn't need them or it was outright fraud. I'd much rather forgive the student loans of someone that wanted to get an education to get ahead than corporate welfare queens.

Debt does not get forgiven. It gets passed on to the tax payer and no, they should be paying the loan, not the innocent tax payer who did nothing to incur that debt.

Most of them paid the principle. It was that the debt kept climbing.
