Yep

Trump and all of his supporters are disgusting POSs.

Simply repulsive in every way possible.

Trumps words tonight severely undermind the republican strategy of believing her. In fact, it totally shatters the whole 'let's bring a female prosecutor in so we don't have bad optics"

Unless the GOP is going to strongly rebuke Trump's words, the backlash will not be pretty.

Maybe they don’t believe her anymore. Are they required to believe her in spite of all of the holes that have emerged?

They don't have to believe her, but they should treat her with respect. Trump could have expressed his opinion without the mocking but thar would have been too boring.

Oh, this is rich. Respect? Honey, that is a two way street.

I take it you just woke up from a 30 year sleep and don't know who the President is. I have news you won't believe...

Washington Post says: "On Tuesday, the FBI moved beyond those initial four people, interviewing Tim Gaudette, a Georgetown Prep classmate of Kavanaugh's. Gaudette's lawyer, Kenneith Eichner, said an FBI interview took place but declined to comment further. Gaudette's home was the site of a July 1, 1982, party that Kavanaugh references on his calendar and has become the focus of lawmakers' concerns."

He says he was with her from 1992 to 1998 until she cheated on him so he broke up with her. He says that over the course of a year after they broke up, she'd run up $600 on a credit card that he says that he took her name off of.

He says that she explained to a friend how polygraphs worked when the friend was going to take one for a background check and helped the friend be less nervous when she took one.

He also says she never told him about a sexual assault, a fear of flying, or a discomfort around enclosed spaces.

It's a data point, for sure. Still, I think she's credible. Upending your life and completely fabricating a story to get a free polygraph test seems like a stretch.

That's not news. She never said to whom she disclosed her assault. The other stuff is just repetition of right wing "gotcha" WRT to the fear of flying and door. It's like he reads Russian troll info.

Letter Signed by Nearly 400 Law Professors Decries Kavanaugh's 'Lack of Judicial Temperament'

Brett Kavanaugh’s fiery appearance before the Senate Judiciary Committee last week got failing marks from more than 560 law professors at nearly 100 schools in an open letter saying the Supreme Court nominee failed to demonstrate the judicial temperament required by the position he seeks.

“We regret that we feel compelled to write to you to provide our views that at the Senate hearings on Thursday, Sept. 27, 2018, the Honorable Brett Kavanaugh displayed a lack of judicial temperament that would be disqualifying for any court, and certainly for elevation to the highest court of this land,” the letter reads.

Martha Minow, who was dean of Harvard Law School while Judge Kavanaugh taught there, is among the prominent signatories, along with such scholars as Mark Lemley of Stanford Law School, Judith Resnik of Yale Law School and Michael Dorf of Cornell Law School, who like Judge Kavanaugh once clerked for Justice Anthony Kennedy.

“We have differing views about the other qualifications of Judge Kavanaugh. But we are united, as professors of law and scholars of judicial institutions, in believing that Judge Kavanaugh did not display the impartiality and judicial temperament requisite to sit on the highest court of our land,” the letter reads.

“It organically came together, the result of a surge of law professors remarking on Judge Kavanaugh's lack of judicial temperament at the hearings,” said one of the signers, Prof. Bernard Harcourt of Columbia Law School. The letter remains open for additional signatures through Thursday.

Thank you! This was my point all along. His behavior Thursday was appalling and should be disqualifying, no matter your opinion on the sexual allegations.

And this is exactly the point of this on-target article from someone who knows Kavanaugh and before the hearing would have been hard pressed to say anything negative about him.

In the same article, The NY Times confirmed Brett is Bart:

“Judge Kavanaugh — nicknamed “Bart” after a Georgetown Prep teacher garbled “Brett.”....

Kavanaugh was working for Ken Starr at the time. There was a lot of scrutiny about members on that team. Ford never mentioned Kavanaugh or the assault to her then boyfriend.

I don't think she is credible at all. None of her stories make any sense. The garage door is another lie.

Wow, this is hysterical. Done in by his own documents.

Brett kavanaugh, aka Bart o'kavanaugh And his prolific poker is fffffinished. Not my words, but his.

Nope.
You folks have “screwed the pooch;” “overshot your wad;” “cried wolf one too many times.” Choose your idiom.

After all the false allegations of sexual assault and gang rape, then the allegations of being an alcoholic or someone with anger control issues, and the worst of all - he threw ice at someone in a bar - All the research you liberals and the media have done to find SOMETHING - ANYTHING to derail this nomination, we JUST AREN’T BUYING IT. The media are actively trying to track down something incriminating. I somehow think this was one of the reasons the Democrats were looking for a delay.
You are now trying to take a letter written by this man over 30 years ago, indicating he had a good sense of humor, was self-deprecating, and quite the planner and organizer, and making something of it because you will do “whatever it takes.”

Nope. Not buying it.

(PS Another allegation was sent to Chris Coons. Look for it. Then, look at Senator Grassley’s letter to Coons. This has become utterly ridiculous)

The point is not that he was a partier. It’s the fact that he has misrepresented himself and lied about a number of things. Don’t go acting all choir boy and virginal when there are numerous examples of the opposite. “This weekend has a lot of potential (interpret as you will)” hmmmm

After all that has come out in the past couple weeks, I have changed my mind about Dr. Ford and her testimony.

I have thought all along that she had a case of mistaken identify because of trauma she suffered as a youth.

I don’t believe that any longer. I now believe she is making it all up. Why did she do this? I don’t know. But, because she first revealed this in couple’s therapy, she may have been desperate for an reason to attribute her behavior to, and this was an easy explanation. And, as the lie went on, it became more complicated, but she went with the lie to save her marriage.

Just my thoughts.

I know, I would like to see that corroborated somewhere else, too. It just hits too many of the same notes -“fffff” “Bart,” etc. If it’s real though

It is real.

Source? Who hung onto it all these years? Who supplied it to the media?

FWIW, my wife's fear of flying developed gradually. When I first met her, she was fine with it.

Its got to be either him or Mark Judge right? Does anyone know how long that poster had been around?

If ever there was a post that should be deleted... you are sick.

DP. Did you click through to that link? It’s literally like Fairfax Underground for people nominally connected to law. The screenname “Bart O Kavanaugh” isn’t proof it was him writing, but it seems most likely to be him or Judge. Probably not a lot of Mark Judge superfans.

Yes, I did click the link and regretted it immediately. This is the kind of unsubstantiated crap that should not be put out there unless it's actually true. Do you people understand that?

From the moment her redacted letter was published, you thought she was mistaken about Kavanaugh but was right about Mark Judge? Or did you only think this after Kavanaugh began to float the idea of mistaken identity, after Whalen came up with the elaborate doppelganger theory?
