Maryland Case search says the plea was "other" and the disposition was "nolle prosequi". I don't know what that means....but if there is footage, why wouldn't it be a guilty finding? My bigger question is what is Bravo doing about it? Shouldn't they fire Michael from the show?

That means the plaintiff formally dismissed the charges.

Sounds like they settled.

And how is Bravo handling it? Why wasn't Michael fired?

Surprised no one mentioned the timeline of Ashley’s pregnancy. This happened September 1st.

She wasn't pregnant then. She had Dean in July.

What does that have to do with a miscarriage..... god people are offended over everything.

It was just a joke. Though I did think she carried it a little too far by pretending to call her doctor, resulting in Chris calling 911.

Candiace is so, so annoying. The pretentious way she speaks, the inability to recognize that they can't afford a $2.5 million house. Poor Chris. He's probably panicking as he realizes this delusional person is now his wife.

I hate it when important, intimate conversations are held - with the cameras rolling. So staged and contrived. And I also CAN'T stand the way Michael and Ashley constantly call each other "babe". *Shudder*

It was annoying to me that Chris called 911. She took it too far. Why would he even call 911? He's the drama queen.

Monique said that her doctor told her that wherever her water breaks she’s going to have the baby right there. Maybe she’s had precipitous labor before.

I think that was staged for the cameras to have a storyline. Maybe I’m being too logical but why would you stage a “I’m about to go into labor” joke when your spouse is getting the 2 young kids ready for bed? I would be worried it would throw the kids off schedule or have the person take their attention off the kids when they should be watching them.

I agree. I was liking Monique more this season but this 'prank' just seemed like she needed attention. It was juvenile. She could barely walk up the stairs but then she could bounce on that ball and yell and cause this commotion? Please.

it’s fine for them to refer to each other as babe but when Ashley literally says it to everyone she meets it like nails on a chalkboard.

Oh, I can't stand the "Babe, this!" and then "Babe, that!" So idiotic and cheesy.

I agree that Monique was in on the staging but that Chris actually called 911.

I think it was staged with Chris as well. He was helping the kids brush their teeth and goes, “Do I hear somebody calling me?”, or something like that. It was all so staged and stupid.

Last season Ashley talked so much trash behind Monique’s back and to her face. Why is Monique so protective of her this season? I usually don’t see eye to eye with Gizele, but she was completely right that Monique shouldn’t be showing Candiaces text messages to Ashley.
