Assessing honesty, more than 90 percent state that spokespersons withhold certain information or do not tell the truth constantly."

It is a fact that while journalists report what they are told, all organizations who have a service they wish to market will and always have tried to control their representation in the media. Let's not be naive here folks.

Germany is not the USA.

Sure, all sorts of people put pressure on us journalists -- USSF, clubs, coaches, even obnoxious fans. Comes with the territory.

In almost any controversial situation, there's often more to the story. That's not ridiculous.

But if you have something that specifically contradicts what was said here, well, please say so. Say it here, or if you prefer, I'll put you in touch with Mike Woitalla or Charles Boehm.

What violations? Nothing in the documentation states that a for profit cannot use the fields.

Read it again. The part that talks about 501 (C) 3.

Is it possible that they leveraged the partnership with loudoun who is a 501 (c) 3 organization?

Why are there 25 on the WS '04 roster? Isn't that a lot, especially compared to their older DA teams? Do players on that team feel they get enough play time?

It was a mistake. They did it because the 03 roster was light, in case the 03s needed help, but this year they have set a max of 20 players per roster for all teams and age groups.

That said, I have to give Spirit a lot of credit, because they made sure that all the 04s got playing time and did a lot of playing up to make sure of it.

Time for FCV parents to pay for use of facilities like every other parent in the area

Most of the 04s also played up with the 03s. If you look at the girls who have lower gp/gs numbers, they actually were playing a majority of the time up with the 03s. WS did a very good job of managing playing time.

You are unhinged. FCV pays for the fields like everyone else. Sorry Loudoun Soccer but all the parks and schools do not belong to you. Perhaps Loudoun’s practices of double counting rec and travel numbers to boost their size in order to increase their field allocation and push competing clubs out of the area should be looked into.

Repeating what you hear on lesbian NWSL message boards does not make you a journalist.

Although if you consider Spirit mouthpiece Charles Boehm a journalist, then it shows how little respect you have for that term.

You are the one who is unhinged if you think it is okay for FCV to break county rules. The rules are there for a reason. Loudoun County taxpayers pay for those fields. For profit companies are not allowed to use them. FCV knows this, so they register time using their for profit entity FCV United and then the FCV for profit entity shows up to play on the fields. That's called fraud. The evidence that they do this is all over the place. Videos of the FCV DA for profit playing games on county fields.

You do not get to make the rules up. You do not get to break them.

They aren’t breaking county rules. They have two non-profits in FCV Ashburn and FCV United.

Also, as a DA League game it was booked on behalf of US Soccer DA which is a non-profit.

FC Virginia is a for profit entity. County rules do not allow for profits to use league affiliation to schedule time on county fields. They are fraudulently using FCV Ashburn and FCV United to schedule time for FC Virginia on county fields.
