She had her baby a few weeks ago. Scroll back a few pages and it’s mebtioned along with a link to the announcement. |
I think buying/renovating gives her a ready-made storyline for next year (and possibly the year after) that doesn't necessarily expose parts of her life she'd rather keep secret and paint her as a villain. She's now the face of a business so to the extent she can stay on TV without getting into catfights it's good for her brand. Look at what Candiace deciding to make herself interesting has turned into - she's a hot mess who keeps embarrassing herself. I think it's smart TBH. If it goes well enough (though it doesn't seem to be going well for Robyn), either of them may be able to parlay it into a flipping show -- Bravo's getting into those waters. |
I found the house in public record...she paid $935,000 for it. It's 1.35 acres so that's not bad. It's basically at Bradley and River but I won't post the address. |
Gizelle has money. Ashley has money via her husband. Ashley's husband is co-owner of Monument Realty, a big commercial developer in downtown DC. Robyn lost all her husband's money. I don't know if the Black Bill Gates still have money or not. That's a good question. They sold their house in Potomac and allegedly purchased a home in Great Falls. |
I believe they rent their Great Falls house. |
I liked her last season but her true, very selfish persona is coming out hard. Her mother is horrible. Is she really a therapist? I mean, she can't be. |
How did Robyn and Juan lose their money? Their comments about being ripped off by a "friend" seemed disingenious. |
Any 50-60 year old woman who refers to herself as "the diva dorothy" has issues.

They hired a friend who he played with in college as a money manager, he lost a bunch of the money and stole a bunch more, and after he confessed to Juan he killed himself. He was scamming other people too. https://www.nbcsports.com/washington/ncaa/financial-cloud-over-former-terps-death https://www.sbnation.com/longform/2013/3/14/4095358/the-last-shot-earl-badu-hit-one-of-the-most-famous-shots-in-maryland It's actually pretty common for sports stars to make really ill-advised decisions with money management and with keeping friends/family on payroll, in ways that hurt them long-term. Seems like Juan did both at once. |
Crazy Dort made her money by selling a successful clinic-

This article claims that "The condo Candiace is living in cost her mom more than $500,000." But that's true because they have a mortgage on it. |
Tell that to Franklin Graham, Falwell, Joyce Meyers, Bennie Hinn, Creflo Dollar, Joel Olsten and others. |
People are buying houses all over the DC Metro area and renovating them. Some people are paying a million dollars for houses, tearing them down and rebuilding a home to their liking. Go to the real estate forum of DC Urban mom. That's a hot topic about the many tear downs. It may not be for you, but it works for other people. I'm curious to see Gizelle's finish product. |
She's not tearing down the house she's renovating it |
They're all disgusting and the govt is disgusting for allowing it. |
