The economist says we peaked a few weeks ago.

Sorry, you just want MD. Go to the MD site at https://coronavirus.maryland.gov. In the confirmed cases chart in the middle left, click "total cases" and it will show you just the 24 hour change. Looks plateaued to me but of course this is based on actual testing which is all we can go off of.

The peak is expected in a week. Phase one starts after 14 days of declines in cases. If the peak is next Sat, then it should be declining for 14 (if we continue distsncing)....That would make the 14 day period ending May 9. Even if we plateau for awhile, seems like Phase 1 could start around Mid May.

Yes. I agree. As long as people can maintain and control themselves during that time period. My hope is the majority will and that those who feel they need to do otherwise against the “tyranny of government” are in the minority.
