| Sport & Health has closed through the end of the month. |
| Any word on OneLife? |
You are mistaken if you think this will be only two weeks! Trump said today that it could go on until July or August. Improvise! |
there is a report from imperial college predicting it will be something like 18 months or so (assuming we make a vaccine). |
In Maryland and DC. From what I gather, Sport & Health and Onelife in VA are all still open. I was at my VA gym Monday evening. The decisions are not made by the company, but by the state. |
| Get a bike! |
| Grow up. Get over yourself. Time to put on your big girl leggings. |

24 hr fitness has close for the time being. I had already decided to stop going, so this makes me feel better about my decision. As much as I love the gym and hate not going, I know it's necessary.
|
| There's a pilates studio in the area that has not closed because they are zoned as a retail establishment, not a gym. Hmmm... |

There are tons of apps and videos for those of you worried about exercise without gym.
The Peloton App is free for 90 days right now. If you have dumb bells at home you can do the strength and cardio classes. If you have yoga blocks, you can do the yoga. They have running and walking programs for outdoors. They have complete programs to train for marathons and other types of races. If you have a treadmill or stationary bike, you can stream their on demand classes. All for free. There are options for exercise at home and many of the paid apps are allowing for free trial periods of 30 days or more right now. Check them out. |
| I just ordered a set of adjustable dumbbells. They're expensive but I've been debating it for years to allow the option for at home workouts (I mostly use the Beachbody on Demand for a program, but currently do it at the gym because I don't have any equipment at home.) |
I don’t think that’s how it works. You paid, you’re not getting a credit. Just like when there’s a daycare shutdown because of weathe/pandemic or when your cable doesn’t work. |
