Given Carroll's history, it would not surprise me at all that she could fabricate a story that is believable to some.
I don't believe there was even an encounter, not to mention a sexual assault. I think this woman is bonkers and is seeking attention.

But Jeb Bush messed up the plan by leaking the tape early. Jeb Bush helped Trump win the primary by serving as a nice pinata for Trump, then helped him win the general election.
