Certainly liveable, but I'd want to re-do the kitchen sooner rather than later, paint inside and out, and pave the driveway. But painting is not that expensive and the rest could be done over time. Love the land and the location.

It's very small.

I think it is priced for a bidding war. There are only 2 homes in CH for sale and this one is in much better shape.
