The decor is so weird. Maybe the owners feel that others will respect their amazing taste.

But honestly I'd rather have a shell--saves on the demo and I don't feel guilty ripping out stuff that is usable but ugly.

It's very small.

I think it is priced for a bidding war. There are only 2 homes in CH for sale and this one is in much better shape.
