So everyone ages better than white women? Including all people of color, men and women, as well as white men? Huh??

Generally. Yes.

It's like saying white women are *generally* more attractive

They're attractive until they're 25 and then *poof * the magic is gone. I don't know what happens.

Are you kidding me, 25?! So basically white women only look good from 18-25? But everyone else looks good till 50? That such BS. Have you seen Elle McPherson, Christie Brinkley, Angelina Jolie, Cindy Crawford, Catherine Zeta Jones, Gwen Stefani, or Demi Moore lately?

OP, if you are a straight female, you are not obligated to find other females attractive. Breathe easy.

I'm confused why everyone thinks going to the pool immediately means you should look disheveled and unkempt. Big difference between wearing a cute suit and being generally fit and wearing some monstrosity with a skirt and clomping around in men's flip flops and bad sunglasses. nobody says you should have a blowout and gown on at the pool but it's still very obvious who is frumpy and who is not.

I had surgery in my mid-section so I only wear tankinis or one pieces, often with a skirt. I do have nice expensive sunglasses but I usually don't wear make up to the pool. Depending on the day, I may bring an expensive beach bag and other days I throw a towel and sunscreen in a lululemon shopping bag. Is that ok with you?

Asian-American here. There are many beautiful white women who age well. It is ridiculous to suggest that white women expire at age 25. Rich white women seem to especially take good care of themselves and remain fit.

Attractiveness may be subjective but it's not random.

I was about to say it's why so many white dudes get with Asian women

Asian women age extremely well. Most of them barely change at all even into their 50s or menopause :-p

Im white, and I think the poster had a point. Generally black women age better than white women because they arent as susceptible to the effects of the sun on their skin. All the white women you list, and most rich white women who "age well," most likely get botox.

I do think 25 as a cutoff is a bit harsh.

IFGAF because this thread is not about you. But it IS POSSIBLE to go to the pool and not look like run over shit so it's weird how defensive everyone is about that. "It's the pool!!" like pools magically make people fat and frumpy.

What's wrong with skirts? I'd rather more women wear them or shortinis, because bikinis... let's just say a lot of non-frumpy ladies have high self-esteem but little to show for it. And I don't mean expensive glasses
Anonymous
yup looking good in a bikini is pretty much impossible without enhancements

if your bodyfat is low enough to look good you lose it in other areas

It is really not that confusing, if you think about it. Many women go to pools to *gasp* swim and *gasp* enjoy time with their families. Wearing makeup is secondary to that purpose.

Nobody said anything about makeup

Also LOL at the PP who says it's impossible for anyone to look good in a bikini. K.

My cousin and her husband met in high school when they were both thin and fit. By the time they got engaged at her college graduation party, she was 3x her size. I didn't recognize her. He wanted her to lose the weight. She was happy.

She threatened to kill herself every time he tried to break up with her before engagement.

They divorced after two kids. She has a new boyfriend and still fat.

I tend to notice the women holding up and the men not as aging as well. Even on Facebook - feel like my high school friends look the same 20 years later and the men who were cute back then are puffy and bald. And my husband is bald (though very lean and fit) so I'm not saying bald is bad but does make them look quite different than high school.

Why did he reproduce with her? What was he thinking?
