Bryan Kohberger Pled Guilty

I will not judge grieving families.

But personally, I believe this person is a sociopath who feels no empathy or sympathy or any emotional connection to anyone. So any displays of emotion by his victims or victims' families just plays out to him as an interesting scientific experiment.

I believe this man murdered because he was fascinated by crime and he wanted to experience what it felt like, given that he's spent a life not feeling anything like normal people.

He's going to write a book in jail and it's going to sell.

Finally, if I had been a parent of a victim, I would not have given him any emotion, negative or positive. It would only be contributing to his real-life experiment.

And you have every right to feel that way. And families of OTHER victims have the right to feel however THEY feel.
You don’t get to dictate how other people feel just because they went through a similar experience.

Right, they have a right to say it and other have a right to think they’re would be vigilantes who are probably making things more difficult for the families of the other victims with their rape wishes.

I’m not dictating how others should feel, I’m telling you how I feel. I am morally opposed to the death penalty even though I have been victimized by a terrible crime. I think poorly of people who support the death penalty because of my moral beliefs. Go ahead and think what you think.

Hopefully he will be left alone with other lifers in prison while the guards take a quick break. Tax payers should not have to fund a long stay for Kohberger.

Surprised no family member rushed toward him and got a few punches in. That's what someone did to Nasser.

I don’t know how I would act if I was in their shoes but I do think the Goncalves are acting a little trashy.

I just looked at Ethan’s mothers Instagram and I think she will be much better off for avoiding this

I liked the Goncalvez’s sister’s statement because it seemed to be the only statement that got under his skin / made him show the tiniest of emotion. She really tore him to shreds. I bet he’s going to stew over that one for a while.

You need to educate yourself about the costs of the death penalty to the criminal justice system - it’s 3-10x more costly to seek the death penalty and procure it than it is to keep a person in prison for life without parole well into their elder years.

Most rational law enforcement officers from police to prosecutors to judges know that the death penalty is a horrible waste of resources that could better be used fighting more crime. All the research proves it is not a deterrent to crime which means it is 100% about feeding the blood lust of some members of our society.

Loved the last few sentences in Kaylee's sister's impact statement.

I don’t believe a court ordered death penalty is what PP is hoping for…

Correct, there is no question of guilt in this case. Even the worst criminals have lines that should not be crossed. This strikes me as a case where only one party would be unhappy if prison justice was served.

Have you not heard of the Son of Sam law?
Criminals cannot profit by selling or marketing the stories of their crimes.

Found to be unconstitutional. Try to keep up.
