Fake Democrats HATE US workers. Rep. Ken Calvert (R-Calif.) has introduced a major piece of legislation, H.R. 319, the Legal Workforce Act, that would require most employers to use E-Verify within two years of enactment. Large employers, federal, state, and local agencies and federal and state contractors would need to comply within six months. The bill would also make the E-Verify program permanent and reinstate the no-match letter program to help identify the more than 7 million illegal aliens currently holding non-agricultural jobs. H.R. 319, The Legal Workforce Act, would: - Phase in E-Verify over three years, starting with the largest companies first; - Establish a phone verification system as an alternative to using the electronic system; - Require the use of E-Verify for those contracted at day labor sites and other referral or recruitment services; - Protect employers who use the system in good faith from liability if the system makes an error on eligibility; - Protect states' authority to revoke business licenses of employers who fail to use E-Verify as required by this Act; - Significantly increase the penalties for employers who refuse to use the system, or who intentionally try to game it. The fines levied can be up to $25,000 per unauthorized worker and a minimum one-year prison sentence may be imposed on an employer who engages in a "pattern or practice" of violations; and - Notify employers when there is suspicious, multiple uses of the same Social Security number and requires the employers to run the employee through E-Verify. It’s like democrats think that their candidate should win the Presidential election every election. It doesn’t work like that. Sometimes dems win and sometimes republicans win.
I think the issue is democrats make everything an emergency and throw the entire country into a panic because they are of the opinion that nobody can win but democrats. They make everyday a nightmare attacking Donald Trump. Everything the guy does they freak out about. Tbh a lot of things have gotten worse under Biden. Instead of making our country better, democrats just attack Trump 24/7/365. Trump might not be so appealing if democrats nominated better candidates. But democrats lack of planning and nominating candidates that don’t appeal to voters does not constitute an emergency on America’s part. Like right now, it’s beyond a shadow of a doubt Biden has a neurological disease or disorder. It’s being discussed what to do with him as a candidate. It is not Donald Trump’s fault or the American people’s fault democrats picked an elderly man to run for president. Kamala isn’t popular enough to step up. She did poorly in the primary and has a reputation for throwing black men in jail. So now democrats are in a pickle. That’s because they keep rerunning the same people over and over for decades, or pick people that pass whatever dei tests they give every person and a very unpopular woman is vp. She fit certain criteria, but isn’t doing a good job and doesn’t appeal to voters. |

And let’s say again why they killed it: they were afraid it woudl be too effective, thus giving the Democrats a “win.” So it’s better just to not address all the problems that they say are killing America. |

Democrats don’t think their presidential candidate should ever lose. They throw the country into a panic because they predict if their guy loses, democracy is over, everyone will be put in camps, there will never be another election, republicans are going to make women quit their jobs and outlaw birth control.
Maybe democrats should just put their best candidate up and quit making everyone hysterical and worried about being put in camps or killed if their candidate loses? It’s so divisive and ridiculous. Democrats can’t win every election. Republicans can’t win every election. How about put country over party? |

If the GOP wins, democracy is over - by the GOP’s own plans and promises. “Illegal” immigrants will be put into camps and deported - by Trump’s own rambling promises. There will be never be another fair election - what do you think is the point of all the GOP cheating, Project 2025 and multiple state Republican parties arguing in court that citizens aren’t entitled to fair elections. Republicans have made it clear that they will be going after a nationwide abortion ban and a nationwide birth control ban - again in their own words. What the GOP plans is something new, something fascist. Something somewhere along an authoritarian dictatorship, an oligarchy and a Christian nationalist country. Keep your head in the sand, 14:00. I think there was a protest because some republicans thought that and federal agents encouraged people to go inside. There are video and pictures of capitol police opening the doors and letting people inside. |
