Is something wrong with Mitch McConnell?

No it's not sad, it's infuriating that there are not measures in place that force our elected officials to step down when they are clearly unable to do the job they were elected for. There should be laws that prevent 80 year olds from getting elected in the first place. I'm also sure he has access to the best health care in the country, something many of his fellow elderly Kentuckians can only dream of.

No, it’s normal aging and the a-hole should have retired 15 years ago.

Of course he's too old and needs to have a seat. Are Republicans saying otherwise or are you fighting with the monsters in your head again?

He doesn't blink the entire time.

Definitely a mini stroke of some kind. He seemed aware that he couldn't speak. Sort of a mini locked in syndrome.

The man is not well.

Not to mention Mitch is obviously not of sound mind which means staff and making decisions. This mean KY residents are being governed by unelected staff.

There's a law in Kentucky that the governor (a Democrat) has to appoint a Republican to replace McConnell should he leave office before the end of his term. My question is...is there a minimum amount of time that this person must be a member of the Republican party? Can Beshear's preferred pick switch their registration to R so that they now qualify for appointment?

Anyone know more about the implications of multiple mini strokes? Does this mean they will increase, become more severe or are they disruptive but harmless?

It’s terrifying to watch and I wonder what the prognosis is for functioning and quality of life. I detest him but it’s pretty awful to watch anyone experience this.

This is NUTS. He has also lost lots of weight.

These are post traumatic seizures. What conservatives swore Hillary had but didn’t. He actually has them.

Age discrimination is illegal. Who are you to the people of Kentucky who may, or may not, run for elective office in their state?

He looks quite frail.

And his color is awful. He looks deeply unwell.

Both parties should just agree to have a 1 for 1 exchange, both McConnell and Feinstein are not fit to serve as Senators. How each of their families have not stepped in privately is beyond me.
