You have to be 25 to be in the House, 30 to be in the Senate, and 35 to be President. We age age minimums. There’s literally. I reason we can’t have age maximums as well and frankly I think it would be a good idea.

all of those are in the Constitution, we would hav3 to add age maximums into the Constitution.

Some 80 year olds are a lot more physically and mentally fit than other 80 year olds. Age minimums are reasonable and a maximum would be also. Maybe 75 maximum at the beginning of a term?
