Exactly.

Holy Child is an average Catholic school with average looking girls of average intelligence.

It’s ok, HC parents—someone has to be average. Every young woman cannot be an overachiever and attend NCS, Holton, Spence, Brearley, Chapin, Winsor, Marlborough, etc…

There’s a place for everyone, including charmingly average HC girls. Embrace being regular!

My kid went to Holton and HYP, and I find this post to be very mean/snarky + not funny. Why would you mock someone's school choice + the students who go there? Not nice.

Snobby about what? Attending a 4th tier school with mediocre college admissions results?

Does it not creep anyone else out the way adults talk about children on this website?

Yes. They are complete a$$holes. So messed up.

Ah, you sound like a mom with a below average looking daughter at a “competitive” school. No wonder you are bitter.

La plus jolie fille du monde ne peut donner que ce qu'elle a.

They are talking about the school not the specific kids.

Thank you. PP sounds like the type of person who describes every negative interaction with anyone as “bullying.”

Doubtful.
Which schools are “competitive” with HC? I’ll have to start from the bottom of the list.

I didn't say "competitor" - I said "competitive." Hopefully your daughter is smarter than her middle aged, pot bellied, yoga pant wearing, flat arsed mom.

Nope. DP and the content of this thread is awful. They are talking very much about the kids. They are totally out of line.

People that are this shallow and snobby are sad. They must be pathetically insecure or sociopathic to write these things about teenage girls, and, in some cases, their own daughters. Gross.
