Also, another observation - they were the kindest to one another as well - very inclusive with and encouraging to their peers.

I have seen MANY all girls come through here through the years and Holy Child students are consistently like this. I can’t honestly say this about students from other all girls schools.

So HC girls are hard working, thoughtful, AND beautiful. No wonder the NCS Moms are so jealous and snarky.

Lol—I don’t think most NCS Moms have even heard of HC. I’m also quite certain the two applicant pools don’t overlap.

I am a different poster but I would agree. I had not heard about Holy Child until seeing this thread. I am sure it is a nice school but definitely not known to many in DC.

It’s in the suburbs. It’s in Potomac/Bethesda. It’s Catholic. The families at holy child. Also don’t think about NCS. They’re just very different.

Yeah, but I’m sure most HC parents have at least heard of NCS. The reverse is probably not the case.

The snarky NCS Moms just can’t help themselves!

Um, yup. I mean, ironically NCS is actually full of the kids that couldn't get into Sidwell. This is common knowledge in the entire region.

Are you okay? Seriously you just seem to mean and angry. Seriously you need to get some help of some sort.

You both do.

Carry on.

- another AGC mom ducks back out

What’s AGC?

They are not snobby. They are in fact kind, welcoming, pretty, and generous.

Snobby about what? Attending a 4th tier school with mediocre college admissions results?

My DD did a shadow day there and LOVED it. I also was really impressed by the school - more than some of the other schools we are looking at that other people drool over.

An SIXTEEN pages about a school that allegedly no one cares about or even knows it exists. Sure - I totally belief HC is not on anyone’s radar. 🙄🙄
