Really? They are closing ranks on Santos, and certainly haven't been critical of Trump or any of the other GOP who have been indicted or are under serious investigation. |
If we had tightened qualifications, then it would include being transparent on IRS forms and Trump never would have been able to sniff the White House. Biden has shown every tax form since the 1970's and has had nothing to hide. Unless the GOP is going to now allege tax fraud for covering up the supposed income from the shell companies? I don't think Biden is that stupid. |
He doesn’t have to be stupid. He just needs to feel invincible because he knows he has political cover by the alphabet squad. |
Nothing here is remotely illegal. Having businesses in foreign countries is not illegal. But if republicans are actually interested in that issue, they should also be looking into Trumps businesses. That they aren’t just shows this is a partisan exercise. |
+1 This is all manufactured BS and it is working on the rubes, once again. |
Manafort went to jail for not registering under FARA. Rules for thee, not for me |
Who specifically violated FARA? What country did they represent? What specific covered activities did this person do on behalf of the foreign country? |
PP forgets the Michael Flynn son charges under FARA. Why didn't Hunter or Jim Biden register while working with Ukrainian, Romanian or Chinese businesses?

Because they weren’t doing anything covered by FARA. |
A foreign company (which is a shell for the country) shouldn't be an excuse to not charge under FARA |
Again, what specific activities did they do that you think required registration? |
+1. This is just a ploy to shift the spotlight from Jean Carroll. |
Nice try... wrong again. Under Section 612(a) of FARA, parties must file a registration statement within 10 days of having agreed to act as an agent of a foreign principal. |
