Lee Zeldin was not home. His two daughters were, however. I think if you had been in his shoes, it would be an incident that you also would find quite alarming.

A shooting right outside the front door of your home.... two people shot..... feet away from your daughters.

Yes, crime in NY is alarming and serious.

He lives in Shirley which is pretty close to & somewhat part of a low income area in the Suffolk County suburbs. My first thought was did he stage this nonsense just like the key chain freak show? You Trumpers are overlooking the real issue with this incident. GUNS. GUNS and and more guns. Total lack of gun control. Zeldin is smokescreening about crime when the real issue is he lives in a place where people like their guns, alot.

Updated report that it was three teens walking by his house who were shot at from a moving car. Two 17 yos were hit and have non-lethal injuries. I'm still seeing the GUNS as being the issue. But hey, Zeldin is all in on no restrictions & AR-15s are still ok, even after the Uvalde horror. MAGA.
