seriously! When I was 25 years old I knew enough to be an absolute nightmare to any man who tried this with me. |
When she has a hysterical helicopter mother. |
| Why are people sitting in Starbucks? There's a pandemic. |
OP was not hysterical - quite calm and reasonable … We need laws to address videoing of strangers without consent … Also many young women are introverted or shy … not everyone feels Comfortable to go up and demand older Creepy people stop acting like creeps, and kick them in the shins/ balls/ whatever. Since the creeps are legally allowed to video others without their consent in public, the tables could easily Be turned on them and the victims get charged with assault. |
|
Our antiquated laws have not caught up with modern technology.
This issue of videoing without consent, among many other online privacy issues, need to be addressed by law makers. |
| Right now all you would have to do is go have a coughing fit on two stupid middle aged guys hanging out in Starbucks during a pandemic. |
And again the victims would be charged with assault. Assaulting these perverts more likely to further harm victims until the laws are changed … |
When will lawmakers finally regulate Super 8mm film? |
I would have started picking my nose... |
PRISON... for a punch to a perv?? 🤣🤣 No way on earth anyone's going to *prison*, they may get a night in jail, but prison?!? And I HIGHLY doubt the perv would press charges anyway, as that would lead to him having to hand over his cell phone as evidence during the discovery phase, and something tells me that Mr. Looky Loo wouldn't want ANYONE, but especially the police seeing ccx what's on that phone. Remember, it's all too easy for prosecutors to subpoena cell carriers, and no matter if the guy deletes the evidence or smashes his phone, that evidence is stored with the carrier forever. So, something tells me there'd certainly wouldn't be any prison time (lol) but no jail time either... well, maybe for the stupid perv IF anyone. |
| Is your daughter hot? Damn |
+100 Something tells me that some of these folks don't understand the difference between jail & prison. And you're right, if that guy was really filming, there's no way he's pressing charges, or he'll have to pony up the evidence on that phone of his. |
