Sure the CVille smack talk will be coming soon. Guess the coach “coached” well tonite? Or was Westfields overrated? Assuming now CVille is healthy and is gonna roll in and beat Oakton? South Lakes rematch with Madison. Maybe the 1 and 2 seeds will be ousted?

Kind of a boring game. It seemed to be all centreville with an occasional punch back from Westfield.

Seriously, someone is spending too much time in the smoker. Just off the top of my head, Oakton players #4, #5, #8, #11, #14, #21, and #24 all scored in the Chantilly game. The scoring was not all that diverse last season, but this season is an entirely different story.

The BBQ platter could have scored in that game too.

Looks like Chantilly played tough tonite from the score. Let’s face it most teams have 1,2, or 3 prolific scorers. Angry poster can’t admit Oakton and Madison are more well balanced teams hence the byes into the semis. Waiting for all the upset comments. If South Lakes and Ville play a full game they have a shot. If not we have a Madison Oakton championship at the POC stadium?

Goalie tip: BBQ platter shot-conversion percentage typically leans short-side high.

As much as I like South Lakes eventually the clock strikes midnight. Madison should remain in control and win by 4 or 5 goals as the more talented team.

Agree, Madison is the better team with better talent. However comes down to coaching and not sure they have the edge there. Madison by 4

South Lakes does a nice job of using picks to free up their scorers, and they can create mismatches around the crease. Madison will be lucky to prevail.

How did the BBQ platter not get any district awards is the real question I think. Not even an Honorable Mention? I'm just saying I ate at every concession stand in the Concorde District this season and the BQQ plater at CVille was 1st Team all the way.
