So I guess we beat ourselves then. I don't see the point, unless you are showing that MU has strong players that FCV wishes they had. It's fine though. Some of the games (excepting the 19s and the 14s) may have been closer than scores reflect. And as I said, this whole thing is bigger than the FCV versus MU outcome. |
This is a wishful statement. The 03, 04 and 05 games were all more lopsided than the scores which is opposite of your delusions. |
Brag about scrimmage results in the preseason and then come up with ridiculous excuses when getting dominated. What’s in the water at metro? I’m waiting for someone to talk about the “sock puppet.” |
No one “bragged” about anything during preseason. You’re delusional. All that was said was that they were happy with changes that were made. Which still holds true for the posts. You are a loser for coming onto this forum and doing what you have done repeatedly. There’s no excuse for your behavior here. |
| Will US soccer allow them to continue next year with these results? Even in Tier 2, they aren’t proving to be able to be competitive. |
Only counting results against FCV? Why would US Soccer make a decision based on results against one club? I think we need to see how their records of their stronger teams look by March, coupled with the progress they make with their partners to show any pathway for strength in upcoming age groups. |
Standard WSVA/Metro response. Here’s your tissue. |
You didn't watch all the games, based on your post. The 04s struggled, but the scores are definitely more lopsided than the actual game. For the 03s, it was 3 goals in the last 8 minutes of the game. If you had watched the game, you would know MU performed quite well for most of the match and the FCV parents noticed it too. Some were negative about it, and some gave the MU 03s the respect their performance deserved. |
All the age groups have had goals scored, competitive matches, some age groups have won matches by multiple goals. Why don't you take all that energy you spend on this smear campaign and use it on something positive for your own DD and club? |
I’d show you where you could put that tissue if you were brave enough to say such things to my face on the sidelines at these games. Feel free to say something next FCV weekend, tough guy. |
They weren’t able to field a u13 team and had the u14 team is made of 2008/2007s. How is that improvement and attracting players for the future? |
Lol @ crying metro dad. I’d be upset if my dd were playing for a joke of a club and paying more in dues than any other club in the area too. Where’s that sock puppet when we need him? |
Look no further you found him ^^^ You are an Internet tough guy, real life wimp. I feel sorry for you. |

I cant help but get a laugh out of two grown ups battling it out in words over youth soccer via a forum called DC Urban Moms
|
Finding a U13 isn't mandatory. We continue to see player movement through the fall. MU is catching on. And this is the lowest in fees I've paid this year, since the ole ECNL days. |
