Where is your understanding coming from? GFR leadership?

Its him. That's where the understanding came from.

He was initially not on the coaching slate when it first came out. To ask him to come back after that is a little disingenuous, no?

I assumed from how the situation was worded was the coach wanted to leave GFR so that's why he wasn't on the coaching slate.

WHy you would want to leave an established club for a team that might not have enough players is a bit of a mystery.

Maybe it’s not as established as you think. Also GFR is hurting for players at the u13 age for girls anyway.

How is GFR a mess? Most of my sons HYS team went to their tryouts and are leaving for GFR. We have not decided yet.

Herndon is WAY bigger of a mess than GFR. We've been at both in the past few years. It's not even a close call. Especially on the girls side.
