It sounds like she did in fact spend a night in jail after her arrest, but won't answer the question. She was adamant that it was dropped immediately. Look at her smug attitude. During those 2016 videos she ate and smirked while she talked about the supposed attacks by JD. It is all an act in court now, and she has added onto her stories. The sexual assault accusations are new for this trial.

All of this can come into evidence now because she mentioned Kate moss, right?

I thought I read somewhere that she did testify to SA at the UK trial but it was sealed due its content or something like that.

And, I make sure they answer the questions asked, not embellish and just state the facts, and, if she were my client, I would have told her on a break to stop being so over wrought and dramatic. And fricking admit fault every now and then. It makes her appear not credible when she allocates 100% of blame to him of this toxic relationship. She is going to be horrible on cross-you can tell. And again-I blame the lawyers. Which is a shame because I do believe the underlying bones of her narrative. But, I can see how others may not.

While at age 36 her looks are fading, she's been the prettiest woman in the room for probably 20 years and when you add in little formal education, actress, potential mental and substance abuse issues, you have a dimwitted arrogant know it all who thinks she can con any and everyone. Impossible to coach up someone like this.

Amber comes across really uneducated.

Well, she is, in terms of formal education. Didn't she drop out off HS to move to LA?

She is dressing like Depp does.

In court it's appropriate for Johnny to wear a suit, colors and cut notwithstanding. But Amber shouldn't be wearing what she's wearing for this jury trial

Curious what you think she should be wearing to court? Her outfits look fine to me and not much different different from what Depp's female attorneys are wearing.

It's just weird and creepy: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.newsweek.com/amber-heard-johnny-depp-court-outfits-viral-1699298%3famp=1

She was pretty combative/arrogant/smug/condescending in that deposition. I wonder if we will see shades of that persona return on cross. If I were Depp's attorneys, I think I would try to impeach her with that deposition testimony using the video of the deposition rather than just the transcript.

And she should have still been answering the lawyer's questions after the objections because it was a deposition, not a trial. The grounds for refusal to answer during a depo are very limited. Another YouTube video of her behaving this way during interviews was posted a few pages ago. That scary, condescending, fake smile!

It looks the same in a sense that we know it's her. But a couple of millimeters here and there make a huge difference in face features and overall beauty.

exactly. part of her stunning beauty is her chiseled face that is now covered with fat.

This is a pretty mean thing to say about a person. I hope you are nice to the people in your life.

DP. It's basic biology, how would you call it? She possibly had fat transfer (or fat grafting) to some parts of her face, where needed, and then gained weight on the top of that.

Truly curious how is this response any different than the sarcastic way JD answered “it’s still yes” when the atty kept questioning if that was his signature? JD was found to be charming by social media for being sassy.

She literally chose a profession in which advancement and success depend on her looks. It’s OK to comment on an actor’s looks. It isn’t the same as commenting on the looks of your kid’s kindergarten teacher, your paediatrician, your kids best friend, etc.

What line of questioning does her mentioning Kate Moss enable?
