This Russia vs Ukraine crisis should provide our foreign policy/intel/national security apparatus the opportunity to reassess our relationship with europe in general and certain european countries in particular.

Given the actions of some european countries (germany and italy) , decoupling should be on the table. We just can't count on these people .
