I think Jim Bob is a bad, bad man. I watched the show for a long time and always thought he was sinister.

I wouldn’t put it past him to threaten Anna to the point of death if she leaves.

I also think he withholds money from allllllll of the kids.

But Anna won’t get anything if she leaves.

What difference does it make? One of them is Josh's and his youngest is 2 months and his oldest is 11.

I'm no Duggar fan, but the picture doesn't really prove anything. That's Spurgeon and Meredith, who are now 6 years old. It's a picture of two toddlers playing with Swiffers at their grandparents' house.

I continue to hope that Derick's sitting with Anna during the trial was a show of support for HER and HER KIDS, not for the Duggars. Maybe he can be the male figure for her that says it's ok to go, and gives her "permission" to leave Josh. She can still be part of Jill and Derick's family, and be a spiritually whole person.

Exiting the fold with the help of Derick and Jill may be a real option for her now.

I felt bad for Anna when the information about his molesting his sisters and another two young girls came out. But, he was a young teen. Unfortunately, this happens. Especially among siblings. He needed help as did his victims. Jim Bob snd Michelle failed him and their daughters.

I understood why she stood by him after the Ashley Madison affairs. I wouldn’t have stayed. But I was raised in the very conservative southern baptist church. I’ve seen many pastors urge victims of affairs and even domestic violence to allow god to “restore their marriages”. It’s seriously fuked up. But I can at least see why she might hope he could do the work.

Child porn is a whole different level. There is no forgiveness. My DH worked innocent images (internet sex crimes against children) when he was an FBI agent. These aren’t just images on a screen. They are real children. Real babies. They are tortured and abused for every picture. If people like Josh didn’t exist, there would be no market. No collectors. I know way more about this sick shi7 then I wish I did.

Anna gets ZERO sympathy from me. That she allowed that monster around her kids is truly unforgivable. She should be in a prison cell as well.
