Bottom line, the President is basically saying that the DOJ guidelines are that he cannot be indicted, because impeachment is the Constitutionally mandated remedy, and yet, he is thumbing his nose at impeachment because he is above the law.
His lawyers argued that the SCOTUS Nixon (8-0) ruling was in error. OK, then. |
