The valet is charged with lying about seeing and moving documents, many of which were marked as sensitive or secret. He does not need to know what the secrets are. Consider that he took the military aptitude test and he was placed as a cook for the Navy for 20 years. He was working in the military cafeteria at the White House when Trump employed him as a valet. I doubt he can comprehend most of the paperwork. Trump and company are going to drive the bus right over him. He’s too dumb to understand that he needs his own attorney. |
Why would he even try to say he needs access to the classified materials? Wouldn’t the markings be enough? |
The Trump judge is creating a great appeal argument for him by refusing Smiths request for a Garcia conflict hearing and letting his conflicted counsel continue to rep him. |
He didn’t just lose. He over-reached, resulting in a SC turnover - unanimous I might add. |
SCOTUS changed the existing law in that decision. The trial judge affirmed his application of the law, and he won 3-0 in the 4th Circuit. |
That's not a word anyone would associate with Jack Smith, Harvard Law graduate, one of the finest federal prosecutors with an extremely high win record. Not that you've ever read his record. But of course, you're dumb. |

He won in Federal Court and in Federal Court of Appeals. So it's not exactly the outrage you make it out to be. They ruled that it was not corrupt for him to take hundereds of thousands of dollars of gifts in exchange for setting his benefactor up meetings with Virginia agency heads or by hosting events for his benefactor's companies in the state house. OK fine, but it's hardly overreach. SCOTUS had never ruled on the subject before. |
When Republicans don't know what to do, they dox the hell out of everyone and then whip up a firestorm about any little thing.

This. I'm sure it sounds like a great attack to the uneducated. But it's not. |
