Was there a discussion of their prenup in an earlier episode?

I connected the "cowboy" comment but agree I didn't think his picture looked like him. Yes, they discussed the prenup in Epi 2. Tanya encouraged him to quit his job but he pointed out that if the marriage failed he would be left with nothing per the prenup so felt he still needed to work.

Yeah the photo looked nothing like a younger version of Greg. I assume it is though when Tanya said 'wth' when she picked it up. But, I thought that would be enough to shock me out of a drugged daze if I saw my husband photo's in some gay man's lair.

You guys need to pause the episode and pull up a photo of him on your phone or something. It's his picture...

Agree very clearly a young greg

I think it's an interesting theory and there have been several hints, suggestions and/or Easter eggs that seem to jive/jibe with this. There's a fresco in the background of a couple of scenes that looks like a two-headed figure blending into one. Plus both names have five letters and start with vowels. Thoughts?

Like a west world past/present timeline showing at the same time? Maybe but seems very out of character for the show as a whole - plus it’s already been done very well in another show so why do it again?

Albie would grow up to be Cameron not Ethan. They’re showing us how he’s about to turn into his father and grandfather. His grandfather said it best- they normalized treating women that way.

The above theory is definitely not right. They are all in the same year and interact with the same people and it would be dumb to make this show take a weird sci-fi turn. Also I do not think Albie and Ethan are alike or that Ethan is what Albie will be like as a grown man. Albie will likely be more like his dad than Ethan or Cameron or anyone else

Yeah, they've all interacted with Lucia/Mia and with the hotel manager. It doesn't make sense that they would be in separate timelines. Also they are different races lol

And are we all still thinking Ethan and Harper have a better marriage?? They admitted they aren’t even attracted to each other. They haven’t even had kids yet.

Anyone think the pimp ends up killing one of the men or Lucia? Albie is crazy to still be hanging out with her after the car chase.

The Tanya thing is so weird. The gays are after her money obviously.

Brit guy is trouble and might end up knocking Portia off since she knows what he does to earn his keep and told her too much about a plan to get $ to save the villa. She’s slowly putting that together.

Could Valentina kill Mia because she is closeted gay and doesn’t want her secret out?

Who knows? I have no idea how they can tie everything up in just one more episode.

There were lots of hints that he was less than ideal but you seemed to pick all the ones that made you seem vaguely prejudice and classist.

Portia willingly had a fling with someone she met on vacation she didn’t know well. And clearly it has soured. I am not surprised but I’m not sure it makes the point you want it to.

I now think the gays are more into blackmail instead of murder. Honestly there were buckets of opportunities to kill her that night. Slip her some bad coke! Push her off a balcony. She was totally hopped up, would have be a piece of cake. So I don’t think he will kill portia but I do think he will keep her away regardless of how much she feels like she’s been kidnapped. I actually liked his speech about this being the best time to be alive.

I don’t think anyone will be murdered, like last season it will be incidental

What if it's not that at all, but Greg asked them to give Tanya the time of her life, knowing that he was going to be dying soon and wanting her to have her dream Italian vacation that he couldn't give her alone.

I like this idea honestly. Maybe Quentin will be inheriting from Greg when Greg dies, and that's where the windfall is coming from -- them showing Tanya a nice time is what Greg wants in return.

Same. I heard this on a podcast and felt it made the most sense. Greg is trying to gift Tonya her Monica Vitti fantasy. The bodies will be from an accident and not a planned murder, just like last season.

Anonymous wrote:Ok do you guys think Harper and Cameron had sex?
I am thinking not and she is playing games with Ethan just like Daphne suggested, but it will turn badly.

I think Harper is being honest and Ethan is being paranoid.

Agreed
But why she got in good mood?

I think she was telling the truth. That Cameron told her that Ethan didn't cheat on her. Although that doesn't totally line up because her main issue wasn't the cheating it was the lack of trust, lying, and the fact that he is no longer attracted to her.

I just assumed she was in a good mood because she learned the truth.

I think maybe she was trying on a Daphne hat - having her own fun/playing games with Ethan to try to increase his interest in her. I don't think Cameron talking to her would really reassure her - why would she believe anything that Cameron said? I wouldn't.

It’s her pre-nup. She has all the $ and made him sign the pre-nup. Wouldn’t it be written just if he cheats??

Yes.

They need to coerce her to sign something new, donating her inheritance to the beauty of the villa and gay love.
That will be ugly. She’s in big trouble. She had better wake up. She might. She saw the photo.

And who drove? Why didn’t she drive… straight to the party. It was an hour plus boat ride to the other place, how fast is driving??

That's what I thought too - maybe the pre-nup doesn't apply if Tanya cheats. Or maybe he could just use the video to apply guilt/pressure and get her to agree to renegotiate it. (It seemed like we were shown a camera in the painting, right?).

Portia is the world's worst assistant! She is clearly figuring it out but she can't even text Tanya? What is her job even. Although hats off to Tanya for spotting the picture and somehow still not putting the pieces together - I feel like that's consistent with her oblivious/self-involved character.

Very practically a PA probably isn't hooked up for international service for her cell so she has no way to navigate back

Yes telling a woke millennial have the quality and safety of life - for all- is at all time human history highs in 2022 was awesome perspective.

She did like at least three lines of coke plus liquor. At least she’s on the heavy side…
