That’s what actual live vocals sounds like. On the k-pop performance shows they all either lip sync if the show allows it, or some members lip sync and the more stable vocalists sing live in parts, or they sing live to their own very loud backing track. Every group does it and people get used to it. So real vocals sound “off” in comparison.

But this is their own KPop performance show, so are you saying they’re lip syncing or not?

That’s not a performance show (that’s stuff like Inkigayo, Music Bank etc. that the groups perform on every week when promoting). This seems to be concert footage.

Yes this is a concert, it was a paid on-line only concert BTS did last year. I think this audio sounds terrible, probably because it was illegally taped. All I remember from watching it live is Jungkook’s sheer shirt. I see now that V looked great too.

He looks great because he doesn’t have his hair in his face lol. It looks stupid on him and Jungkook. Free the forehead!
