BTW I sad sadly to find charter websites not because DCPS schools don't have websites but in the span of an hour, I wanted a data set that was easy to find. I was able to find a list of all DC HS charters in 2 seconds that linked to their websites. I couldn't do that with DCPS HS in 2 seconds.
