I am not following why you think it is funny, but you are hearing correctly and that there will likely be cross-movement between MadLax and VLC, plus movement involving DCE and NextLevel. And some reclassing from 25 to 26, and from 26 to 27. It always happens in 7th and 8th grade but it will likely happen more than ever this year. Personally I do not expect True to be a factor for the elite level players, but we shall see. But your son's team may have a different look in the fall than it does today.

Actually was referring to Black Ops. All the area programs have been relying on holdbacks to varying degrees. Monuments is at least largely pairing people familiar with the same system as opposed to an “all star” team that has to learn how to play together.

It is odd that Monument has not announced its roster or any practices/events. I wonder if they are abandoning these teams, or banking on the pre-holiday rumors that WSYL is not happening this year.

LI Express will eat all of our local teams for lunch. They don't have holdbacks up there, so these LI teams are chomping at the bit to get a piece of true aged based teams from the mid atlantic!

Note that Black Ops is the only age based team playing in an early season tournament with grade based club teams. All grade based clubs will have holdbacks, or older kids that wouldn’t make the age cutoff for the WSYL. Hats off to them for challenging themselves.

Might have missed something but this shows Madlax Capital playing, not Monuments.

My understanding was both age groups are playing in Delaware the following weekend.
