They were great! Weather was beautiful for November, very well organized, and the kids played hard.

Fake news. The attendance was really poor and there might have been 5 other club helmets out there. Nice job ML. You just squeezed another $75 per family for a "tryout" on kids you already know about.

Agree - tryout was unimpressive and at least 5 of the Madlax kids out there will be on VLC, NL, or DCX rosters before the spring.

When are they expecting to tell kids if they made the team? Will they have a chance to try out for Black Ops before they find out?

I suspect a mad scramble in Feb when teams looking to finalize roosters. Too early to tell which team has an advantage; most likely won’t know until Spring.

Black ops wont take a single madlax player without them paying and switching clubs.

Madlax has plenty of kids from their DMV squad to fill their ranks. With Capital teaming up with the DMV stars, Madlax should have a powerhouse team for WS.

Do not forget that when some of the stronger players are not at tryouts it is the DOB preventing participation.

I thought the idea was for programs to join forces and create all star teams. How does it make MadLax a powerhouse to pull players up from its own B team to replace A players who are too old?

Man you really do not understand youth lacrosse. Previous years ML could. It play because they are too old. However he thinks
They can find enough on age players by adding the B team players. Powerhouse? Who cares. Xtra fee for World Series team uniforms and extra practices$$$$. #winning
