No. They have crows feet that I don’t have or see in my same-aged friends. I would have guessed their ages as older than late 30s.

I'm pretty sure we only have an atrophied version of contact tracing that involves one phone interview with the positive case and maybe drawing a list of their live-in relatives. It's outrageous for DC health to call that contact tracing AND use it as an argument for readiness for the next phase. It's been months.
If contact tracing was what it should be and is in Asian countries, Ashley would have been informed of a potential infection before she experienced symptoms.
