So at these buildings in crystal city, are people living there or is it just office space? |
Recapping again: --Navy BUMED --Loudoun County --VA Beach couple #2 --VA Beach couple #1 --Spotsylvania --City of Fairfax (spouse of below) --Arlington person --City of Fairfax (spouse of above) --US Marine So... tell me again what is double counted? |
Is Navy BUMED/DHA the Spotsylvania case? |
No. https://www.navy.mil/submit/display.asp?story_id=112329 |
No. Navy person is from fall’s church. |
OK - they are at two different hospitals. So 9? |
The job is in Falls Church. We don't know where that person lives. |
Trump said that the virus will go away when the warm weather come, like a miracle it will disappear from our shores. |
Goodness. Just read the news articles. Given that they were tested and are being treated in different parts of th a state, I think it’s safe to assume they are different people. |
Yes. 9. |
![]() Yes, I already posted that they were being treated at two different hospitals. That's really the only way to discern that it is two different people. Plenty of people from down there work up here. |
The only possible miracle at this point is for Trump to disappear from our shores. |
There is absolutely nothing in those articles posted that indicates the F'burg and DHA person(s) are being treated at different hospitals. Only a general description of Northern Virginia hospital is given for DHA patient. No sort of description for F'burg.
Furthermore, the Navy doesn't say where their person was tested. Finally, VDH's tweet at 1:49 is still the most current reported info and it reports 8 cases, not 9. |
http://www.vdh.virginia.gov/news/2020-news-releases/virginia-department-of-health-confirms-fourth-and-fifth-presumptive-positive-cases-of-coronavirus-disease-2019-covid-19-in-fairfax-and-in-spotsylvania-county-virginia/ The fifth presumptive positive case is a resident of Spotsylvania County, and in their 50s. The individual developed fever, cough, shortness of breath, and subsequently sought medical attention. The case was brought to the attention of the Rappahannock Area Health District, and testing for the novel coronavirus was done by the Division of Consolidated Laboratory Services (DCLS) in Richmond. The positive test result came back during the afternoon today. The positive test result is considered a presumptive positive, pending confirmatory testing by CDC. The patient is currently under medical care and stable according to the physician providing care. “We are working closely with our health care partners and the state to monitor the patient and identify and work with their close contacts,” said Rappahannock Area Health Director Brooke Rossheim, MD, MPH. Sounds like that person is being treated at a hospital down there. |
But they did just update the website recently from 5 to 8. http://www.vdh.virginia.gov/surveillance-and-investigation/novel-coronavirus/ |
