Why would a terrorist book a connection on a plane they are going to blow up?

Duh--to conceal the fact the plan to blow up the first leg.

That makes zero sense. "Oh, this guy looks shifty but hey he booked through to another destination, so he must be OK." If airlines were this stupid, every terrorist in the world would book round trips.

Do you think airlines aren't stupid? You have too much faith.

Also, one-way vs round trip tickets is something that is looked at when determining who to flag for possible terrorism concerns.

It looks like they still have no idea what happened to it. This is getting weird......

I'm starting to think the Lost island might be real.

Then by your logic, a connecting flight is evidence against, not for, an attack.

Sorry I posted this in a new thread instead of here. I think the Malaysians know more than they're letting on. The Chinese are not happy.

Google Satellite view?

...exactly!! Google certainly has the manpower and technology to do it.

I agree with this. Maybe I'm being naive, but I don't see how a mystery like this is possible in this day and age.

That's my opinion, too. It's strange that news isn't trickling out yet, but I'm sure investigators have a clearer idea about what happened than they're sharing with the public.

How horrible for the families. Anything like this would be devastating (of course) but to have no information like this? Awful.

Coz we all know that China is big on transparency!

How long did it take then to find evidence of the flight that crashed in the ocean from Brazil? Can come one who remembers it do a comparison?
Anonymous
Speaking of transparency...this is a weird question but...have the relatives been confirmed as actual relatives and not actors? Going by the theories of this being something other than a missing plane without anyone having a clue. Has this been discussed?

The article listed not too far above says within days the wreckage had started to be found.

I was addressing PPs comment about terrorists buying round trip tickets.

Also, it's not my logic... It's one thing airlines, tsa, etc track re terrorism.
