For today, after some Easter candy indulgence yesterday:
Breakfast- soy latte made at home (I absolutely can't eat in the morning) Lunch- quinoa salad with avocado, corn, black beans, and shrimp Snack- handful of almonds Dinner- TBD, but probably a couple slices of honey baked ham leftover from yesterday, and some fruit that I bought this morning (strawberries and blueberries). I'm at a good weight, more on the thin side, but it's getting harder to maintain as I age (I'm 42). |
Is this even 1,000 calories? Goodness. |
|
Breakfast: Mini croissant, 1/4 cup almonds
Lunch: Arugula, feta, 1 apple and 6 oz. chicken with 1 TBSP lowfat balsamic dressing Dinner: TBD. Im headed out with friends so probably 2-3 beers and a late night bowl of multi-grain cheerios. I over-indulged in the candy yesterday, so I'm scaling back the snacks today. I could stand to lose 5 pds of belly flab. |

Want to lose 10 lbs.
Hot chocolate made w/ skim milk and dark chocolate nibs. That was "breakfast." Lunch was sushi... 8 pieces. (Half shrimp. Half salmon.) Took a 2 mile walk. Dinner: Grilled pork chop w/ fresh pineapple slices. Mashed sweet potatoes. Steamed freesh spinach. Dessert: Large wedge of angel food cake w/ fresh strawberries & whipped cream. |
With the cupcake I threw in after dinner, probably. I also had some of the extra quinoa (plain) for dinner, too.

This is how I counted (above in bold)^^ |
| PP, I burn 1600 calories doing nothing - that's my resting metabolic rate. I can't believe how little some of you ladies eat. Don't any of you like meat? |
