So I was right.

Thank for confirming.

See, the maga loves to dress up their carries, it’s like accessorizing their American Girl dolls.

“Dress up their carries?”

The optic ensures I hit what I’m shooting at and the light ensures I can identify what I’m shooting at in the dark.

Democrats want gun owners to shoot gangster style into the darkness now?

This is why gun owners can’t trust Democrats on guns.

You guys are such scared little kitties that have been suckered into buying accessories and tacticool BS. You seriously think that you are going to whip that thing out and engage in a running gun battle in the dark?

Hilarious!

Does your husband carry one of those little euro manpurses for his carry so that he can be armed in his short shorts in case a scary person looks at him and makes him afraid when he’s at the Trader Joes?

Wait, this actually gives me a great idea.

TACTICAL MANPURSE 2026.

I’m going to be rich!

We have holsters with UltiClips. With those you can carry in yoga pants, joggers and pajamas. More reason for Democrats to fear they’re surrounded by guns. You are.

I find it amazing that you cannot sense the irony of your statements. How much work have you put in to make sure that you can carry a gun wherever you go, and then accuse other people of living in fear? You are carrying a gun in your pajamas? This can’t be real.

I’ve shot plenty of guns. I don’t fear you, but I do feel a little bad for you and how insufferably afraid you must be to live like this. Of course, this brings us full circle, maga is a feminine and fear-based movement. It’s complete weakness and fear disguised as strength.

I think that we have once again proved it right here. Thanks for your attention in this matter.

Not PP, but you guys are a joke. The party of LGBTQ, body acceptance, tolerance, etc, and here you are essentially trying to call someone a queer / sissy for owning a gun. It’s just fundamentally silly.

You know that we can see what you people look like when you go protest about No Kings etc. A bunch of menopausal librarians with choppy blue hair and quivering voices. No one cares what you think is masculine.

Biden lost because he let Republicans frame his administration. Biden needed to talk more about his wins. Harris needed to take the incorrect framing from the republicans head on. The republican controlled media is a juggernaut of lies and the Dems need to learn to compete and under the right.

I can’t even fathom what you tried to say.

DP. And that’s why Dems will lose again.

So you think that Americans support ICE?

NP. I hate the creation of an unregulated secret police in this country, but I think there is a lot more support for ICE than you’d want to believe. The anger about unchecked immigration under Democrats and particularly the costs associated with that runs very deep and has been building for many years.

I am not even sure that ICE will be a negative for the Republicans in the next election. People might not like it the methods, but they want the overall outcome even if they won’t admit it. It’s sort of like how the polls wildly underestimated Trump’s support in 2016.

Have you looked at even one poll this year? Or any election results?

You think that Americans support the Democrats’ immigration policies? Look at how unpopular your polices are. Every poll shows that Americans would choose an administration with strong enforcement over an administration with weak enforcement.

Neither Biden nor Harris would come straight out against millions of immigrants crossing the border. That wasn't a matter of reframing the Republicans' words. Those of us living in impacted communities know very well what happened. Democrats need to come out strongly against loose immigration policies and quite saying it's racist to say anything about it.

Why are you so worked up and condescending towards someone that is exercising one of their civil rights? I have car insurance that I hope to never use. I don’t drive scared. I also don’t carry because I’m scared. I’m sorry if it makes you uncomfortable. I don’t leave the house in pajamas so I don’t carry wearing pajamas, so there’s that. It’s great that you’ve shot guns before. I train with guns to be proficient and safe. I thought that’s what Democrats wanted.

He’s saying Joe INTENTIONALLY allowed millions of illegals in. Then in Trump’s second term he PROVED the border could be controlled.

So say what you want about the orange guy, he manages to get the job done.

It wasn't important to the democrats though. They explained they would only control the border IF their bill to hire more people etc was passed. I think they genuinely believed voters would accept this as okay.

Dems backed the bipartisan border bill, which would have massively increased border patrol staffing, funds for securing the border, funds to speed up deportations and so on. Trump killed that bill because he wanted the issue rather than wanting to solve it. He cared more about wedges than solutions.

I'm not undeestanding how Trump has accomplished what he has done regarding immigration, but the Drmocrats and Biden couldn't without that bill?

Worse. The bill would not have required any changes unless the daily number of illegal aliens exceeded 5000 a day. Less than 5000 a day and nothing changed. It was an awful bill.

HR2 - As usual, the globalists at DCUM completely ignored HR2. HR2 includes a laundry list of essential immigration reforms long fought for by immigration experts;
* Plugging loopholes in the asylum system that are currently being exploited by economic migrants by raising the bar for “credible fear” claims and denying entry to aliens claiming asylum at the border who have passed through a safe third country on their way to the United States and failed to apply in that safe country;
* Blocking the administration from continuing its catch-and-release policy by making most illegal aliens ineligible for parole or release from custody other than to be returned to their home country or to a contiguous country to await the adjudication of their asylum claim there (Remain in Mexico);.
* Preventing family units who cross the border illegally from being released into the United States by requiring family units apprehended at the border to be detained, protecting them from exploitation and victimization by the cartels and traffickers;
* Reining in the breathtaking and illegal abuse of parole that this administration has been using to create its own immigration system outside of the confines of the Immigration and Nationality Act; and
* Installing teeth into efforts to deter visa overstays.

Perhaps most importantly, the bill would require employers to check the legal status of new hires through the free, easy-to-use E-Verify system. By making it much harder for illegal aliens to find jobs, the reform would deter would-be migrants from ever journeying to the United States.

and yet Democrats have shown they are not serious about controlling immigration, and it seems that increasing immigration is a policy choice by Democrats/WAPO.

FALSE. ALL of the Bipartisan Border Bill's changes were to go into effect immediately, and what the 5000 number was about is the daily detention and processing capacity. If more than 5000 people presented themselves at the border (the caravans) then border patrol would be given the autonomous authority to shut down the border, a power they never had before. But as usual Trump and the MAGA movement parroted a bunch of lies about the bipartisan border bill, misrepresented everything in it, claimed it was "horrible" and tanked it even though there were many areas where it went much farther than the House GOP bill, such as going after fentanyl which wasn't even mentioned in the GOP bill.

The bill language proves these things and proves you are a liar. Your opinions and propaganda and disinfo about the bill are irrelevant given what can be shown in writing in the actual bill language. You need to sit this argument out because you are a proven liar.

Well they’re getting their wish because Mara Salvatrucha 13 and Tren de Aragua are strapped! Thanks for bringing it back to immigration.

You’re missing the point. How many are presenting themselves at the border each day now? How many are summarily turned around if they do? The problem appears to be under control.

Yes. And I think you and other self-congratulatory Democrats are deluding themselves exactly like you did in 2016 and 2024.

Democratic Party support for illegal immigration, open borders, undermining enforcement of immigration laws, and immigration agents, and giving illegal immigrants a "path to citizenship" may be very unpopular with most of the electorate, but Democrats should not change it.

Support for illegal immigrants is a way for affluent white people to feel superior to merely middle class and working class white people. It feels good. And we don't need to change it. Why should we? The polls in this first year of Trump's second term show him already less popular than when he won the election a year ago. So it seems obvious that Democrats don't need to change policies or look too hard at what went wrong in 2024. We can just sit back and let our sweet victory in 2028 happen automatically.

The voters may have voted for strong borders in 2024, but they won't make that mistake again. Trump is obviously a clown, so we'll easily beat any non-Trump Republican nominee in 2028 while we keep up the fight for illegal immigrant rights.
