Then the list would be chock full of SEC schools.

The top southern schools above…UNC, Florida and Duke have some of the lowest acceptance rates for OOS.

It’s funny when confronted with the facts, then it’s just nonsense comments.

Where did this list come from? Are the numbers verified? I’m not convinced your “facts” are legitimate.

It came directly from Bethesda Magazine which gathers all the data from MoCo schools which is published.

You are also free to sort the MoCo data on your own.

They are the facts….but sure, your bullshit gut instinct is better.

The trend is real.

Did you happen to look at the nominal numbers they are talking about?

LSU went from 100 to 586 students...out of 34,000.

lol how can you take this away from that article.

It hurts when any critical thinking is applied doesn’t it. I mean…wouldn’t you wonder how there could be such a large percentage increase? Then you find out the starting point is like next to nothing.

Yet the increase was significant. Sorry that you’re struggling with that

The University of Georgia is so popular that it has experienced significant growth over the past 25 years, nevertheless it is still a wonderful place to attend & to experience college. Great weather during the academic year.

State of GA is Hell on Earth, extreme heat and humidity 9 months out of the year. Also, "where the attractive people at?"

It is a beautiful place, especially North Georgia, but you have to be able to handle the weather. Kind of the reverse of the PNW.

Can we all agree that it would be a thing for our fractured country if kids used college to change bubbles and mix it up a bit ? To me its the upside of the insanely low admission rates, everyone has to widen their lens and look further than in our day.
as the song says . . .
accentuate the positive, eliminate the negative, spread joy to the maximum
