It's almost like his targets and his behaviors were irrational and crazy vs being the actions of a determined ideologue.

They weren't random. They were political assassinations. Irrational? Time will tell.

I attended an emergency management forum a few weeks ago with two speakers on mass violence. He said most are not crazy. They are very much driven by ideology.

Investigators believe Boelter is attempting 'to potentially flee' the Twin Cities - Minneapolis and St. Paul, The Washington Post reported.

Minnesota authorities have released several photographs of the suspected gunman, including him wearing a Halloween-type mask during the shootings.

A chilling 'manifesto' listing nearly 70 names was discovered inside the suspect's vehicle - which appeared to be disguised to resemble a police car - along with flyers for the anti-Trump 'NO KINGS' nationwide rallies.
