And here is another brick for their wall:

Far-Right Groups Buzz With Violent Talk on How to Respond to ‘No Kings’ Protest

https://www.wsj.com/politics/policy/no-kings-protest-proud-boys-df066df0?st=9jSwKM&reflink=article_copyURL_share

From the article:
“Shoot a couple, the rest will go home,” said a meme circulating on Telegram channels of groups affiliated with the far-right Proud Boys. “You just have to impale a few of them…” another local chapter posted.

WTH? Republican rhetoric?
Look in the mirror.

MAGA rhetoric. That's the real problem in this country.

It has just been reported.
Give President Trump a chance before you get all hit and bothered.

It happened at 5:30am MN time. I'm pretty sure the president of the United States was told soon after and doesn't need to have to wait until it's reported in MSM.

Meanwhile, I just checked the White House X account and this is what they're posting--no mention of the shooting:

Why don’t you post a link to prove that the person who did this was a “crazy right wing gun nut.”

How many left wing gun nuts can you name?

Their rhetoric has been very similar to what happened before the Rhwandan genocide. This is what that kind of dehumanization of the opposition results in.

Wow, tone deaf incompetence.

Hortman and her husband shot and killed. Horrible. Absolutely unconscionable.
John Hoffman and wife are out of surgery.

Catch this monster!

It's 10:55 Saturday morning. I just checked the WH X page and no statement yet on the shooting. A normal president would come out and say something like, "Violence against elected officials is never acceptable. This is not who we are..blah blah blah", but it appears Trump is more focused on his birthday parade today.

We already know how this will go. The shooter will be caught, the details will come out, MAGA will go into hyper-conspiracy mode to say it's not true, and Trump will say the victims deserved it.

Sadly, I have to agree with this.

He's 79. He could be napping. This is why elderly presidents is a terrible, terrible idea.

The suspect was driving a vehicle that looked like a typical police vehicle. Equipped with lights.

Police had gone to the home for a wellness check - I think because of the other shooting.
The ACTUAL police confronted him at the home... he opened fire then retreated into the home. They assume he escaped out the back.
They reiterated that this person was impersonating an officer - not an actual officer.

They have informed the public not to answer the door for police unless TWO officers are present.

He is on foot. They have his car. This guy is going to be caught. Hopefully, soon.
This is absolutely horrific. I cannot imagine what the people in MN are going through right now.
God bless the victims.

A manifesto was found in the vehicle listing targets. That is why they know it is politically motivated.
