Hookup Culture

That’s what ugly girls tell themselves to feel better. You know used Porches sell for more than new Mitsubishis right?

There are plenty of hot girls who don't sleep around.

Virgins are not really the draw you all think they are...

College is about having fun. There was an assumption that OP was saying that her daughter was sleeping around, but she didn't actually say that. She said she was hooking up. That seems pretty normal for kids these days. Sex isn't really that sacred.

Hooking up a lot in college will not negatively impact any future relationships. Just make sure she is safe and let her learn to be an adult.

The prettiest girls don’t. The above average girls do. OP’s kid is from Lake Wobegon.

How would you feel if you take your wife to a corporate event, and almost all the guys there, including your boss, had sex with her in college?

I wouldn’t know because it’s none of my business. Why are you so insecure?

On the other hand, there is still a societal bias and many guys will not want to date her when she is ready for a relationship. Personally, I would just encourage her to be safe and leave it at that.

I would absolutely care from a disease standpoint. We hope to steer our sons away from majority-female schools because we’ve heard that they’re more prone to hookup culture. Condoms are not infallible and a ONS is not conducive to testing. Sure, she’ll be aware if she catches something, but testing is most effective *before* you sleep with someone.

OP, I don’t know what to tell you. You can’t make her stop, but I’d strongly suggest testing now and testing before each partner. That should slow her down.
