But, get real, when girls wear tiny shorts and revealing tops, it's intended to be sexy. And while they may not be seeking sex, per se, they get that that sort of dress is "hot" and appealing to males. The whole point is to be a little daring and risque. It's not the summer temperatures that motivate girls to wear uncomfortably short shorts.

I get that fashion has few limits right now, with celebrities regularly getting in the news for wearing sheer dresses with just a thong out in public.

But to blame the viewer for finding provocative dress provocative, well, that's silly.

Ewww! They are still kids though! They aren't doing it for adults! They aren't thinking that hard about it. and if YOU think it's sexy, then YOU are the problem.

i think part of the point is that based on what they're wearing it's easy to misidentify their age.

you see a half exposed butt wiggling down the street and as a man, your eyes are drawn to it... you look up and see from the t-shirt they're wearing that they are a rising senior at Sidwell and the proper reaction should be "oh no! gross!" but whether they're doing it for adults or not, whether they realize it or not adn whether they should be looked at isn't what draws the eye. it's what should keep the eye from going back.

I think you’re a definition of a rapist in hiding. Seek help

Every once in a while, I can't help but have my eyes be drawn to the forms of beautiful women, mostly mothers and au pairs, who are physically mature. Some however I realize belatedly are probably in high school. Oh well, I'm a man and am hardwired to appreciate beauty. I always wear sunglasses and do not turn my head so as not to make anyone aware and feel uncomfortable. I quite enjoy this aspect of coming to the pool. Not harming anyone, and not a pervert.

Sorry to say but what you described is in the DSM-5-TR. It’s not under “man” but under the paraphilic disorders. You are in fact a pervert but we don’t use that word any longer. You should see someone, if you’re lucky it could still be medicated at a tendency and not a full blown disorder
