Bethesda Soccer On Way Down

Bethesda 2010's beat Richmond's 2010's in the winter 4-0.

Bethesdas 2010's played Richmonds 2009's yesterday and lost the game. BSC was without several starters, but the Richmond team was better on the day.

Not the '09s, 1 starter missing for BSC... let the excuses begin... all three YNT ID's were present and active as well

We all know size matters and so does speed. Those Richmond players are on average taller than the Bethesda players. The Richmond team I'm sure also can move the ball well.

In addition, with youth soccer, most teams will have lopsided wins and loses. I'm not a BSC parent.

RU 2010 finished ninth place in MA. They’re aren’t going to Seattle.

It was RU 2009 not 2010

Are you ok?
It was a scrimmage. Coaches try different lineups. Different ideas. It is not always about winning. Winning doesn't equal development.

This seems like it is coming from a bitter parent.

So angry.

Abusive coaching?

Cheating. Lots and lots of cheating. Surprised parents aren't getting sued

How does one cheat in soccer? Wouldn’t the ref have to be in on it?

Yeah, this is fascinating to me. Like how? And also why or what for? I mean, it’s just soccer!

This is boring and obviously you have nothing on BSC other than you don't like the club. Next...

Speaking of downfall, Phillip Gyau is now listed as a U9 coach for next season

Not the U13 MLS Next coach

Four straight years of parent revolts led to that demotion and I still think it was his choice, not a punishment.

Well my kid is in BSC (low level team) so I’m genuinely curious but also don’t really want it to close or anything.

If there is a lawsuit, wouldn't it be a matter of public record? I doubt it exists.
