If the cops can’t chase and apprehend criminals then maybe they should be defunded. Let the people of DC solve the problem of crime as they see fit. Get rid of DAs and court system as well. Vigilante justice is faster and cheaper.

Yeah in fact. There was a reasonable policy in place. Then Allen & Co wrote a draconian law and let a cop doing his job face 60 years in prison. Guess who got totally let of the hook? The perp’s mother who aided and abetted a gang member and then assaulted a US Marshall in court. No charges.
