Stop knocking on peoples' doors

NP, I dont care what religion you are, but stay off my property and stop littering religious garbage. We had a few months of almost non-stop "literature" being dropped off at every single house about going to hell and abortions and whatnot. They ended up flying about and landing all over. So disgraceful. I complained to the church listed on it and told them to stop littering. Haven't seen them since, I'm guessing they got quite a few angry phone calls.

Or will you finally start adulting and learn how to (a) send them away politely, (b) put up signs, or (c) ignore?

Would like to hear from you about why none of these is a solution.

Your question has been asked and answered. Look back. Not wanting someone bringing religion to our doorsteps isn't hate. As you have also been told, some do have signs up that work. Others have made complaints to the church, which has also worked.

Whenever they knock at my door, I remind them that my people used to burn their people for heresy back in the day, and why would they continue to turn their back on the One True Faith at the risk of eternal agony? And that I would pray for them, for their hearts to be opened to the truth and to be purged of their ignorance and sins.

I haven’t been Catholic in awhile, but that’s usually enough to send them packing.

You are confused. Wanting anyone to keep their any-kind-of peddling away from my door doesn't interfere with their freedom of speech. Otherwise the no trespassing signs would be infringing on those rights. Also, why is it ok with you if domeone phones the church and tells them to stay away, but not saying it here?
