I mean…I believe she has alopecia. It’s just not a justification for violence over a GI Jane joke.

She doesn’t have alopecia

Yea she does. So many women, especially Black women, suffer from alopecia for various reasons. I believe hers was related to depression.

As someone who has started losing my hair due to stress, I actually have a lot of empathy for someone who's been through it. It is a weird loss of control, and I bet being in a very image-focused industry really heightens that feeling. It sounds shallow and vain, and I guess it is, but you don't realize how shallow and vain you are until your hair starts coming out in clumps for no discernible reason and you still have to shower and get dressed and go to work and see people. It's easy to not care when you don't have this problem.

That said, many of Jada's issues are problems of her own making. But I do feel for anyone with alopecia. It sucks.

Yeah, except jada’s hair never came out in clumps! She does not have alopecia! Except maybe traction alopecia. She shaved her head and then said her face lift scars were alopecia. Come on people, you have to be more savvy about this.

She said her hair was falling out in clumps so she shaved it. That’s a common thing to do. A TikTok video said she had face life scars which is not a verifiable source. Grow up please.

Two of my siblings have alopecia areata. After you shave your head you can see where the hair has fallen out in clumps. It’s bald, smooth, shiny skin compared to the stubble where there is still hair. There is no indication she has a single bald spot. She does not have alopecia.

I agree with you. I have alopecia areata, which I believe is the type of alopecia Jada says she has, and I see no evidence of bald spots. Which are still evident even after shaving your head.

I watched two dermatology specialists go over a lot of footage they could find and they agreed there are no signs of alopecia areata. She does have a scar from a face lift.

Has she actually said she has it or just said she has alopecia?

I sometimes wonder if she plans to off herself. All these revelations sound like someone’s final confessions on their death bed.

She said she planned her suicide many times in the past so it is very concerning

Will had a hyper critical , verbally abusive, military father. I think there is some link here to his love for Jada

I have sympathy for young Jada and anyone who carries the scars of a dysfunctional family life i to adulthood, but damn if she hasn't continually dragged down herself and others around her and declared it authenticity.

I thought her mom remarried and she grew up in a nice part of Baltimore and attended private or magnet schools?

Has the story changed?

Tupac had a harder life. I think she might be rewriting history.

She opted to get married in Baltimore. She would not have come back east to host a wedding if she had run away from a harsh life.

Don’t know about private school, I attended a magnet school. Wasn’t her mom a drug addict?
Some people never fully recover from their trauma. I think Jada is like that. I won’t be surprised if she commits suicide, she clearly is in a lot of pain.

Didn’t her mother remarry when she was an adult? I thought she was raised by her mother and grandmother.

Everyone has some sort of trauma and their share of struggles so no harsh judgement here but real issue with celebrities is that they become role models and gurus, dishing out wisdom, displaying their polished faux facade and justifying their twisted lifestyle philosophies.

Her mother is on her fourth marriage. She is a college graduate and was a nurse. Jada did not grow up in poverty.

Both of her bio parents used cocaine, and so did she.

But she’s been living a very privileged life for decades and can afford the best therapist, treatment, whatever.

I think her marriage lacked passion and drama, and she’s the kind of person who really needs passion and drama. (I think JLo is the same.)

Her Dad was a doctor. I’m trying to figure out how much longer they’re willing to let this farce play out.

There are theories that Jada is doing all this to shift the blame for recent events from Will to her, or more likely, garnering a "poor will" and "ew jada" mindset... they are losing tons of $, endorsements, etc since the slap and their teams are impacted as well.

Their marriage is the ultimate old school commitment. It’s the only one of the marriages I see where they won’t abandon the other. I listen to Jada and her marriage -what would be a non starter for many people - Is like hey marriage is ugly but it’s literally for richer or poorer in sickness and in health til death. It’s too bad that some of us gussy up marriage and weddings to be some fairytale when it truly is not. People too often bail when it gets bad. I admire it.
