Seems like there’s plenty of judicial precedent now for charging Bowman with interfering with a Congressional proceeding. There’s about a thousand people being held in the DC jail for the last three years, charged with that very same crime that Bowman committed.

I live in his district. Trust me, Scarsdale and larchmont didn’t vote for him in the primary. Many of us hope with recent redistricting that he is successfully primaried next year.

Uhh..the sworn affidavit of Capitol Police officer Joseph McAtee OMITS any reference to Jamaal Bowman **tearing the emergency signs off the door** before pulling the fire alarm.

The affidavit also makes clear that Bowman lied in his interview with McAtee.

US Capitol Police committed a fraud on the court. Bowman's deferred prosecution agreement needs to be torn up and he must face additional charges.

There does need to be a censure of Bowman in Congress. And, an ethics investigation.
