He is a soulless ghoul - but also no one is accusing him of having been drugged by his male escort lover and that's why he had this very public incident. No one is here saying they hope he suffers and dies, which is what you ghouls have said about every Dem who so much as sneezes. The worst anyone has said is that if he does leave the Senate, that the McConnell rule of not appointing a replacement before the next election be followed. That's hardly wishing him ill or spreading nasty unfounded rumors designed to stab him while he's going through something that's clearly pretty bad.

But that's not what the majority of Dem posters said about him. I watched the press conference, and as much as I dislike McConnell, I felt nothing but compassion for him at that moment. We are all human, after all.
